Mark as Useful scammer claiming to be an officer trying to get money over the phone for unpaid loan debts for which I didn't have and threatened to pursue legal action if I didn't resolve the matter over the phone. I asked him to send me something in the mail pertaining to these debts but said he couldn't do that nor send me an email. So I hung up!

Mark as Useful Number calls several times and when answer they never say anything just noise when call number it states that the number is restricted or not avaiable.
